Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or re-arrange an appointment kindly allow 24 hours notice or regrettable a 25% Charge may be added to your next treatment.
Deposits
Any treatments booked that are over 2 hours appointment time will require a deposit of £10 which will come off your treatment price unless you cancel or rearrange less than 24 hours before.
If you are late for an appointment, a full treatment time can not be guaranteed as this will effect the following clients treatment.

There is free parking straight outside our salon.
